Stan Smith Campaign
The Brief
"Adidas" asked for a 3 poster campaign to show how Adidas Originals keeps being relevant in fashion. We had to choose between 3 of their iconic models: Gazelle, Stan Smith or Superstar.
The Solution
I choose the Stan Smith, for me, the one with the most relevance in urban and casual fashion. To show how remarkable is the time this shoe has been relevant, the campaign works around other elements in fashion when the model was born. The three posters use the same layout and elements from the 70s and 80s, taking us to the time the shoe came to existance and got popularized. The main copy "Esto ya no se lleva, las Stan Smith sí." is a choloquial expression that could be translated as "This is no longer worn or popular, the Stan Smiths are." making a contrast between both elements.
